Grand Designs Worthy - The Incredible Earnscleugh Castle
Owners Marco and Ryan fell in love with the property on entering its gates...They had a vision of where they would take the property, and how very honoured Wedgerwood Joinery is to have been a part of the amazing crew that helped bring it all together over what evolved into a three year journey.
New and Refurbished Timber Exterior Windows and Doors Throughout

Due to the change in the building layout over the years - division into two dwellings by the Spain family and Marco and Ryan's inclusions to improve functionality; Oregon was used to manufacture new windows and doors to match the existing joinery (approx 20% of the build) and refurbish most of existing windows and doors.

Wedgerwood also machined a lot of solid rimu to match existing skirtings, architraves, cappings and moldings
Reinstated/Refurbished Entranceway Grand Rimu Staircase and Balustrade

What once had a family bathroom constructed at the top of it, Wedgerwood were able to reinstate the parts that had been altered and removed to bring the staircase back to its original design as well as bringing it up to current building compliance standards

New newel posts, capping and under paneling were all manufactured to match existing rimu components
